Ethan Jones is one of the main protagonists in Damo's Let's Play The Sims 3 Generations and Pets and Let's Play The Sims 3 Showtime and Seasons. Ethan was born in Appaloosa Plains to Kanoa Parrott and Jazyln Parrott. Ethan one day as a child caught up in his parents' problematic marriage, and he has sided by his mother since she is the one who has taken care of him, and his father is always absent from house life and its responsibilities. He grew up with the lack of a "strong paternal figure" influence and this has made him closer to his mother. He is best friends with Jazlyn, while disliked with Kanoa.
Sadly, as a child Ethan had no friends of his own age until he first met Maya Jones as a next-door neighbor. They eventually became best friends throughout the entirety of their childhood. When Ethan became a teenager, he began dating Maya and befriended the rest of the Jones family.
After graduating, Ethan moved in with Maya and said goodbye to his parents and Appaloosa Plains because the family decided to move because of Maya's Lifetime Ambition, to become a One Sim Band. The best place for Maya was Starlight Shores, so the family moved to this glamorous city. Soon after moving to Starlight Shores, Ethan got married to Maya, a mysterious genie joined the household, and Ethan and Maya had a little boy named Joffrey.
After Maya gave birth to Joffrey, the family decided to move to a new house in Starlight Shores so they could be closer to the beach, and so Joffrey and (other child) could have more room to play outside when they get older.
